Chocolate peanuts (decoration) at this point i didn't knew where to use them for the decoration..

 4 carrot cakes (2 circles and 2 squares) work with thin chocolate layers and took them to the fridge to set

The top of the cake was a last minute idea using the initial of my baby name

                                   Square silver cake board and i use about 4 wooden dowels

                                             Cover the base with chocolate ganache

Marshmallows (decoration) i cut them in a half moon shape

                                    White piping icing (decoration) for the edges and i did use a fork to create texture but i didn't took pictures while doing it! But if you look closer to the photos you can see something :)

Done!!!

2. Cream in the middle(which is a little bit tricky)

3. Thin layer of cream on the outside to help seal and cover imperfections lol

4. Chocolate ganache on top (done previously, them heated on microwave, just a little!)

5. Tah dah

6. Make a cuppa

My Husband 33rd Birthday Cake

Yes, i'm late with this post.. but here it goes.

My husband Birthday was on the 3rd of December and we celebrate he's 

33rd Birthday. 

Being the number 3 he's favourite, he ask me for a cake with two "3"

I end up doing four cakes to do the 33 and this is the result :)

Ja sou Trintona / I'm 30 Now

Pois e no mês passado a 15 de Julho eu fiz 30 anos como o tempo voa.
O que nao contava era festejar o aniversario duas vezes ..

Um dia antes do acontecimento...
Estava eu na sala, a deliciar as minhas papilas gustativas com um peixinho grelhado, quando sem contar entra me pela porta a minha amiga Agnes com um bolo e velas acesas a cantar me os parabéns!
A minha reacção foi, depois de fechar a boca claro levantar-me e apagar as velas :)

Aqui fica uma foto do bolo delicioso, Boa surpresa ate porque o bolo que fiz para o meu aniversario
ainda nao estava pronto... haha
Para animar a festa também apareceu a Dorothy e o marido John com os filhos Stuart e Jack.

O bolo que fiz, aqui esta ele, so acabei a decoração na tarde do aniversario com os meus pais a ligarem- me e a desejarem me um feliz dia de aniversario e a cantarem os parabéns!
A Mariana estava presente :)
E o bolo delicioso!
